Frequently asked questions

What ages are your courses for?

Most paths are designed for ages 3–6, with clear labels like “3–4”, “4–5”, or “5–6”. Choose a level that feels slightly easy for the first week to build confidence.

How long is a typical session?

10–15 minutes. Our activities are intentionally short to fit real family life and to protect attention and joy.

Do you require screens for children?

No. Adults view the instructions; children mostly engage with printables or household objects. We avoid long screen time for learners.

How fast will my child progress?

Children progress at different paces. We don’t guarantee results or timelines. We offer steady sequences and guidance to adapt difficulty up or down.

Can I switch levels if it feels too hard or too easy?

Yes. You can pause a course and start a different level anytime without losing access to your materials.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day satisfaction window for unused courses. If you have downloaded materials or completed more than 20% of a course, partial refunds may apply according to our Terms.

What devices are supported?

Any modern browser on phone, tablet, or laptop. Materials are printable and light on bandwidth.

How do favorites (“Fallows”) work?

Click the star in the catalog to save a course to your local device (no account required). Visit the Fallows page to review or remove items at any time.

How do I choose a starting course?

Use our micro-check on the home page, then filter by age and level in the catalog. Start with something slightly easy for the first week.
